Helen Store Vendor Terms and Regulations
These terms and regulations govern the relationship between Helen Store and vendors who register, list products, and sell through the Helen Store marketplace.
1. Vendor Registration
To become a vendor on Helen Store, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
- Each vendor must provide valid business and contact information.
- A phone number may only be associated with one vendor account.
- A bank account number may only be associated with one vendor account.
- Where provided, a CAC registration number must belong to the vendor or the vendor's registered business.
- A CAC registration number may only be associated with one vendor on Helen Store.
2. CAC and Vendor Verification
Providing a CAC registration number is optional during vendor registration.
Vendors who provide valid CAC information may be considered for a Verified Vendor status after the information has been reviewed and confirmed by Helen Store.
Providing a CAC number does not automatically guarantee verification. Helen Store reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before granting Verified Vendor status.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all information, products, prices, images, descriptions, and other content submitted to Helen Store are accurate and lawful.
- Vendors must not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent products.
- Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and product availability.
- Vendors must maintain sufficient stock for products listed as available.
- Vendors must not deliberately mislead customers.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products supplied to customers meet the description displayed on Helen Store.
4. Product Approval
Helen Store may review vendor products before they become available to customers.
Helen Store reserves the right to reject, remove, hide, or request changes to any product listing that violates marketplace rules or applicable laws.
5. Helen Store Commission
Helen Store charges a 5% marketplace commission on eligible completed sales made through the Helen Store marketplace.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable commission charged by Helen Store on completed marketplace transactions.
Helen Store may provide additional information about vendor payments, settlements, deductions, refunds, cancellations, or other transaction-related adjustments through the vendor dashboard or other official communication channels.
6. Orders and Fulfilment
Vendors are expected to process and prepare confirmed customer orders within the required timeframe.
- Vendors must provide the correct products ordered by customers.
- Vendors must properly package products for delivery.
- Vendors must promptly communicate any stock or product availability issues.
- Repeated failure to fulfil orders may result in suspension or termination of the vendor account.
7. Vendor Suspension
Helen Store may suspend a vendor account where there is a suspected or confirmed violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, repeated customer complaints, failure to fulfil orders, or any activity that may negatively affect the marketplace or its customers.
Where applicable, the vendor may be notified of the suspension through email or another official Helen Store communication channel.
8. Returns After Successful Delivery and Refunds
Helen Store may introduce a customer return option that allows customers to request the return of an item after successful delivery, subject to the applicable Helen Store Return and Refund Policy.
Where a customer makes an approved return after successfully receiving an item, the vendor agrees to cooperate with the return process and accept the item back, provided that the returned item satisfies the applicable return conditions and is confirmed to be in an acceptable condition.
Where the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, including any applicable original components, accessories, packaging, or other items required under the Helen Store Return and Refund Policy, the vendor may be required to refund or return the applicable amount relating to that order to Helen Store.
Helen Store may then process the applicable refund to the customer after the return has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the Helen Store Return and Refund Policy.
The vendor acknowledges that payment already received for an order may be subject to adjustment, deduction, reversal, or recovery where a valid customer return and refund has been approved.
Vendors agree to cooperate with Helen Store in resolving customer return and refund requests and may be required to provide information or confirmation relating to the returned product.
Helen Store reserves the right to establish detailed procedures governing return eligibility, return periods, product condition, inspection, refunds, exchanges, delivery costs, payment adjustments, vendor settlements, and dispute resolution.
9. Vendor Account Termination
Helen Store reserves the right to terminate a vendor's participation in the marketplace where serious or repeated violations occur.
Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Sale of prohibited or illegal products.
- Repeated failure to fulfil customer orders.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Serious or repeated violations of Helen Store policies.
Where appropriate, Helen Store may notify the vendor about the termination of the vendor relationship.
10. Changes to These Terms
Helen Store may update or modify these Vendor Terms and Regulations when necessary to improve the marketplace, comply with applicable requirements, or address operational needs.
Continued use of the Helen Store vendor platform after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a vendor registration application and accepting the Vendor Terms and Regulations, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these rules.
You also acknowledge the 5% Helen Store marketplace commission applicable to eligible completed sales made through the marketplace.
